We usually dispatch the order on next working day of the successful order. Estimated date of arrival will be displayed on tracking page after successful pickup.
For Local Orders, direct collection of products must be recommended. Same day free home delivery of the order available, If the customer address located within 7 kilometers from Four Roads, Salem.
Return and Replacement of any products are not accepted for any reasons due to nature of the products.
In case of package damage during transit, we are requesting our customers not to deny the order during delivery attempt and to receive the order whatever the condition is.
We are recommending our customers to take unboxing video of every orders for our better understanding of delivered order condition. Customers are eligible for full refund on the cost of damaged product without any questions, in case of any partial of full damage of the products happened during transit of the order.
Non-Payment of order directly leads to order cancellation without any intimation after a particular time.
Order cancellation is not possible after dispatch of the order for any reasons.
